Monte Bluna
Clay-limestone terroir of Kimeridgiano in the Arruda DOC, located at an altitude of over 300 meters, between the sea and the Tagus. Aragonez and Tinta Miúda ferment together, after a quick and gentle pressing. The élevage of this wine is intriguing, as it begins in stainless steel for 4 months, and then passes into French barrels for another 5 months.
The result is a serious rosé, designed to be served at the table, alongside a large dish.
